Current 28th DAA/SBC Fair Board of Directors

President Lizet Angulo

I am honored to be the President of the Board of Directors, 28th DAA, San Bernardino County Fairgrounds. With my seasoned work experience, degrees: Business Management Administration (Associate), Higher Education Administration (Bachelor’s) and Master of Business Administration; I will collaboratively work with my colleagues for our fairground to increase revenue, additional attractions, and more community focus events. I am a Chef, a member of the American Culinary Federation and a recipient of the National Cutting-Edge Award 2023.

I am a lifetime resident of Fontana and work as a Dean of Student Support for a local school district. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and reading history books. I am proud to serve this community as a fair board member.

The San Bernardino County Fair holds a special place in my heart. Participating as an exhibitor, parent, youth leader and now Board of Director since 2016, I have the opportunity to serve our local youth and communities through compassion, caring and commitment. I love spending time with my family, husband of 38 years and serving as the Accounting Manager at Expert Engineering Sciences, Inc.

I am Vice President of the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce. A graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Business Leads Fellowship Program and Talent Pipeline Management, recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Emerging Leader by ACCE and awarded 2023 Woman of the Year by Assemblymember Freddie Rodriguez and the City of Chino. I champion Upskill Chino Valley, an initiative focused on workforce, economic, and leadership development. I hold an MBA and have extensive experience in government, business, and strategic partnerships. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, hiking, running, and exploring the world with my two boys.
