Current 28th DAA/SBC Fair Board of Directors

President Lizet Angulo

I am honored be a member of the Board of Directors, 28th DAA, San Bernardino County Fairgrounds. With my seasoned work experience and master's degree in business; I shall work along with my colleagues collaboratively for our fairground to extend to its fullest possible to increase revenue, additional attractions, and more community focus events.

Vice President Michael Wubker, Jr.

I am a lifetime resident of Fontana and work as a Dean of Student Support for a local school district. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and reading history books. I am proud to serve this community as a fair board member.

Director Patrick Kahler

I have been honored to serve as a director for the 28th DAA for over a decade. It brings me great happiness from seeing everyone enjoying the fair and the events that take place here at the fairgrounds.

Director Kamie Champlin

The San Bernardino County Fair holds a special place in my heart. Participating as an exhibitor, parent, youth leader and now Board of Director since 2016, I have the opportunity to serve our local youth and communities through compassion, caring and commitment. I love spending time with my family, husband of 38 years and serving as the Accounting Manager at Expert Engineering Sciences, Inc.

Director Renay Sehgal Mehta

I am Vice President of the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce. A graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Business Leads Fellowship Program and Talent Pipeline Management, recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Emerging Leader by ACCE and awarded 2023 Woman of the Year by Assemblymember Freddie Rodriguez and the City of Chino. I champion Upskill Chino Valley, an initiative focused on workforce, economic, and leadership development. I hold an MBA and have extensive experience in government, business, and strategic partnerships. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, hiking, running, and exploring the world with my two boys.

I am a dedicated problem-solver who thrives under pressure, tackles any job—big or small—with determination, and is committed to making the world a better place through hard work and community support.
