Where patrons can watch and wager on every race run in California as well as other out-of-state simulcast races. All major races are covered including the Kentucky Derby, Preakness, Belmont Stakes, and the Breeders Cup.

Penney’s Concessions offers a wide variety of food and beverages. The Sports Pavilion is a nonsmoking facility but features a patio for smokers. Parking is free for patrons.
